HOW TO USE
Move excess hair from affected area. Clip if necessary. Adjust dropper nozzle. Saturate the affected area on or in the ear with Vetericyn Plus® Ear Rinse. If dressing is required, saturate dressing with Vetericyn Plus® at each dressing change. Repeat 3-4 times per day until wound is healed. No rinsing necessary. Faster healing is achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist. Safe for use around mouth, nose, ears and eyes. Not for inner ear infections. For daily maintenance, apply in and around ear with a massaging action once per day or as needed. Great for use after outdoor activities.
Does Vetericyn Plus® All Animal Ear Rinse work for ear mites?
Vetericyn Plus® Ear Rinse will not work on ear mites. You must treat the mites beforehand and then you can use our Ear Rinse to clear the wounds the mites created.
Can the Ear Rinse be used for swimmer’s ear in dogs?
The Ear Rinse is safe to use on swimmer’s ear. We would recommend applying 2-3 times a day and only using our product.
Can you use Vetericyn Plus® in the ear if the eardrum is not intact?
Vetericyn is a hypotonic solution and only a healthcare professional (veterinarian) can determine if it is safe to use in this application. Vetericyn should not be used if the eardrum is not intact.

Return Window: You have a 14-day return window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, ensure that the item remains in the original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. Note: Assembled items are considered used and are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at sales@jjpetclub.com. Upon approval of your return request, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages or Discrepancies: Inspect your order upon receipt. If there's any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, so we can rectify the issue.
Pet Clothing: Items that come in contact with the skin or fur of pets, including but not limited to clothing, neck cones, collars, and harnesses, should be free of pet hair and any signs of wear or damage.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the item's original purchase price may be applied to returned items that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as per the payment method used during purchase.
