HOW TO MEASURE
1. Place one paw on a piece of paper while your dog is standing naturally.
2. Mark the longest and widest points of the paw.
3. Measure both front and back paws, as front paws may be larger.
4. Select a boot slightly larger than the paw measurements.
5. Paw measurements should be used as the main sizing guide. Body weight is only a general reference.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Spot clean or gently hand wash in cold water. Allow the boots to air dry completely before storage or reuse.
Do not bleach, machine dry, or place near direct heat.
These boots are water-resistant but are not designed for deep water, prolonged soaking, extreme cold, or rugged hiking. Water may enter through the top opening during heavy rain or deep snow.
FIT & RETURN POLICY
Dog paw shapes vary, and a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed based on body weight alone. Please measure carefully before purchasing.
To confirm the fit, please try the boots on clean, dry paws indoors only before outdoor use.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only when:
- The item is brought in person to one of our store locations.
- All four boots are returned together.
- The original packaging and tags are included.
- The boots are clean, dry, unused outdoors, and in resalable condition.
- The boots are free from pet hair, dirt, odour, moisture, salt stains, damage, and visible wear.
Used, washed, soiled, damaged, or outdoor-worn boots cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not provide return shipping labels for this item. Customers are responsible for bringing the product to the store for inspection.
