Canine Ear Infections:
Canine ear infections are all too common, caused by bacteria & yeast built-up due to: moisture, wax, allergies, ear mites, excessive hair growth in the ear, or hypothyroidism. Bacteria can grow quite easily in your canine’s ears if moisture becomes trapped in the canal, a typical result of bathing, grooming or swimming. Many dogs also suffer from allergies, both environmental or food related and are pre-disposed to ear infections. Routine cleaning with Veterinary Formula Clinical Care™ Ear Therapy is important to reduce the chances your pet will develop these problems. Make sure to keep an eye out; your dog may have a bacterial or yeast infection if he or she is displaying these behaviors:
Ear & head scratching.
Discolored Discharge from the ear.
Foul odor.
Redness and swelling.
Scabs and crust forming around the ear.
Hair loss around the ear.
Head shaking or tilting.
Loss of hearing.

If you suspect your dog has an ear infection, consult your veterinarian. Its medicated anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties effectively reduces foul odors, redness and swelling, while also providing daily care maintenance for a healthy pet. Veterinary Formula Clinical Care ™ Ear Therapy is also alcohol-free, so pet parents’ can clean and dry the canal without irritating pets’ delicate ears as frequently as needed. Medicated with Ketoconazole, Lactic Acid, Benzoic Acid, and Salicylic Acid. Safe for cats, too.
For use only on dogs, cats & small animals over 12 weeks. Avoid contact with eyes. May use daily as needed. If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

DIRECTIONS
Fill ear canal with Ear Therapy. Massage pet’s ears, especially below ear canal, to allow solution to penetrate. Allow pet to shake head and gently clean inside of ears with a clean towel.

Return Window: You have a 14-day return window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, ensure that the item remains in the original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. Note: Assembled items are considered used and are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at sales@jjpetclub.com. Upon approval of your return request, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages or Discrepancies: Inspect your order upon receipt. If there's any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, so we can rectify the issue.
Pet Clothing: Items that come in contact with the skin or fur of pets, including but not limited to clothing, neck cones, collars, and harnesses, should be free of pet hair and any signs of wear or damage.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the item's original purchase price may be applied to returned items that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as per the payment method used during purchase.
