DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Please read all instructions and FAQs carefully before beginning your grooming. Use the FURminator® hair collections tools only as directed. The FURminator® brand offers a range of tools to help reduce the amount of hair shed by your pet, and also a range of tools to clean up any loose hair around the home.
STEP 1
Before using, adjust the telescoping handle to the desired length. Then, simply repeatedly run the roller over surfaces with pet hair and the tool will begin to pick up the hair embedded on multiple surfaces in the home such as furniture, bedding, carpets, car seats and more. Turn the FURcollector knob regularly as you go along to trap pet hair in the collection chamber.
STEP 2
When the tool is full of hair and no longer collecting additional hair, press the button to open the hair chamber. Remove the hair from the hair collection chamber, reclose the tool, and continue rolling over surfaces until desired hair clean-up results are achieved.

ON WHAT SURFACES CAN I USE THE FURMINATOR® HAIR COLLECTION TOOLS?
The tools work on most flat surfaces, including furniture, bedding, carpets, and car seats.
ARE THE PRODUCTS REUSABLE?
Yes, the tools do not use any adhesive so they continue to work after many uses.
WHAT HAIR TYPES DO THE HAIR COLLECTION TOOLS WORK ON?
The tools work with most hair types, long or short, thick or fine, and for most shedding animal types.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE HAIR COLLECTION TOOLS?
You can use the tools as often as needed, including daily. The tools can also be used to clean up after grooming or deShedding your pet, as those activities can produce large amounts of loose hair.

Refund Policy
At J & J PET CLUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is designed to ensure you have ample time to evaluate your purchase.
Return Window: You have a 14-day return window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, ensure that the item remains in the original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. Note: Assembled items are considered used and are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at sales@jjpetclub.com. Upon approval of your return request, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages or Discrepancies: Inspect your order upon receipt. If there's any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, so we can rectify the issue.
Pet Clothing: Items that come in contact with the skin or fur of pets, including but not limited to clothing, neck cones, collars, and harnesses, should be free of pet hair and any signs of wear or damage.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the item's original purchase price may be applied to returned items that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as per the payment method used during purchase.

Final Sale Items:All products sold at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Gift cards: are also deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
