Same Day Local Delivery

 Same Day Local Delivery is only available in Toronto and surrounding area!!

Order online and place your order by 4:30 p.m., and you will get your order the same day (excluding holidays and extreme weather)

We have professional delivery team to take care of your orders, and you will be qualified for free delivery as long as you order over $59 in total after discounts and before taxes. 

Bulk orders may not qualify for free shipping. 

* NOTE: Bulk orders and oversize orders may not be able to be delivered at the same day.

* NOTE: there may be an extra charge if there is a delivery failure caused by wrong delivery infomation you put in our system when you make a purchase!

* NOTE: Local delivery does not guarantee upstairs or to-your-door delivery.

 

 

 

Carrier Shipment* 

Ontario

  • Free Shipping for orders of $59 or more (before tax and after discounts).

  • Otherwise, a $12.99 flat rate applies.

Quebec

  • Free Shipping for orders of $79 or more (before tax and after discounts).

  • Otherwise, a $12.99 flat rate applies.

Other Provinces in Canada

  • No free shipping policy.

  • Real-time carrier shipping rates will be calculated automatically based on the destination address.

Important Notes

  • We will choose different carriers to ship your order as needed.

  • There may be an extra charge for oversized products.

  • There may be an extra charge for cat litter orders.

  • For security reasons, we will request a signature for orders over $200 (before tax).

  • Frozen products cannot be shipped to addresses outside the Toronto area.

  • Short-dated products are not eligible for free shipping and may incur additional shipping charges.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. If a delivery failure occurs due to incorrect information provided at checkout, extra charges may apply.

Remote Area Shipping Surcharge

Please note that orders shipping to remote or extended service areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an extra shipping fee applies to your order, our team will contact you before shipment to confirm the additional cost.

J&J Pet Club reserves the right to hold or cancel the order if the additional shipping fee is not accepted or paid.

Shipment to USA

We no longer ship orders to the USA.

 

Canned Product Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our business model—selling canned goods individually rather than in factory-sealed packs—minor dents may occasionally occur during the shipping process. While we take great care to pack all orders securely and cushion them as much as possible, we cannot guarantee that every can will arrive in perfect cosmetic condition.

Please note:

  • Minor dents on the exterior of the can do not constitute damage.

  • Dents do not affect the freshness, safety, or taste of the food inside.

  • Even full factory packs can sometimes include dented cans.

We always strive to deliver your products in the best condition possible. However, if you are still dissatisfied with the condition of your canned items, you are welcome to bring them to our physical store for an exchange or return.

Pick up

Pet parents can simply choose the "PICK UP" option at checkout, and quickly and easily collect their purchases in-store. It takes around 2 hours to have your items ready to be picked up.
