What is air drying? Inspired by raw diet, air drying is a preservation method that eliminates the moisture for microbial growth without the use of high temperatures. This method results in shelf-stable, highly palatable food, and preserves vital nutrients, offering nutrition similar to a raw diet.
Air drying: Moisture is removed via the process of evaporation. Ingredients are placed into drying chambers, where air is continually circulated, slowly and gently evaporating moisture until a maximum level of 14% is reached. With higher moisture than freeze-dried, air dried diets offer scoop & feed convenience.

GROWTH & REPRODUCTION Kittens up to 4 months old: Feed 2.5 X the adult amount for current weight.
Kittens 4 to 9 months old: Feed 2 X the adult amount for current weight
Kittens 9 to 12 months old: Feed 1.5 X the adult amount for current weight
For Gestation provide 1.5 X the adult amount, and for Lactation provide 1.25 to 2.5 X the adult amount (depending on litter size and week of lactation).
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Nutrience Air Dried benefits cats of all breeds and life stages. Every cat is unique. Your cat may require more or less food depending on breed, life stage, activity level, and environment. Simply start with our recommendations, adjust as needed, and make sure to always have fresh water available.
TRANSITIONING TO NUTRIENCE
It is important to gradually transition your cat from one food to another. Start with a proportion of 25% Nutrience to 75% old food. Slowly change the proportions over the next 5 to 7 days by gradually increasing the amount of Nutrience and decreasing the amount of the old food.

Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jjpetclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Clothes or any items which may touch the skin or coat of the pets cannot be returned, like neck cone, collar, and harness.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
