Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antiseptic & Antifungal Shampoo is scientifically formulated with benzethonium chloride, an anti-bacterial agent, as well as ketoconazole, an anti-fungal, to help relieve bacterial and yeast infections.

Lanolin and aloe vera are added to help heal and soothe sensitive skin. Effectively deodorizes and relieves fungal and bacterial skin infections such as dermatitis & pyoderma which can result from the following:

PRODUCT BENEFITS
Benzethonium Chloride: This synthetic compound has an anti-infective, antiseptic and surfactant (detergent) properties. This ingredient is active against bacteria, fungi, mold, and viruses and is found in many cosmetic products such as first-aid kits, anti-itch products, mouthwashes and disinfectants.
Ketoconazole: Ketoconazole is a synthetic antifungal drug used in many topical medications to treat fungal and yeast infections, as well as dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. It’s effective against athlete’s foot, ringworm, candidiasis, jock itch, and tinea versicolor. It can be taken orally or applied topically.
Paraben-Free: Parabens have been found to mimic estrogen in the body- and when levels are disrupted, a link has developed with breast cancer & reproductive issues. All our formulas are Paraben-Free, to promote the safety, well-being and health of your pet.
pH Balanced: Pet’s sensitive skin requires pH balanced treatment. Human shampoos are formulated at a lower pH (more acidic) -and should not be used on your pet.
Soap-Free: Only the gentlest, naturally derived cleansers are used in our formulas. Contains no harsh soaps or damaging detergents.
Spot–on-Safe: Will not remove topical spot-on flea & tick treatments.

DIRECTIONS
Wet coat thoroughly. Apply shampoo and work into a thick lather. Massage into coat ensuring full contact and saturation with the skin. Allow to remain on pet for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well. Shampoo twice weekly until skin conditions clear up, then once a week to prevent flare-ups. For topical use only on dogs, cats and horses over 12 weeks. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, ensure that the item remains in the original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. Note: Assembled items are considered used and are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at sales@jjpetclub.com. Upon approval of your return request, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages or Discrepancies: Inspect your order upon receipt. If there's any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, so we can rectify the issue.
Pet Clothing: Items that come in contact with the skin or fur of pets, including but not limited to clothing, neck cones, collars, and harnesses, should be free of pet hair and any signs of wear or damage.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the item's original purchase price may be applied to returned items that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as per the payment method used during purchase.

Gift cards: are also deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
